To help build a stronger community of women in our department, GWAE will reimburse up to $15 per person when women from different labs meet for coffee, lunch, dinner, etc! Our hope is to provide an easy (FREE) way to mingle with other women in the department whilst enjoying each other's company in a stress free environment. 

Guidelines:

• The group needs to include least 3 women representing at least 2 labs
• We will reimburse up to $15 per person for each gathering. (Note that we will not reimburse alcohol, substances, or illegal activities.)
• Take a photo of your entire group and email it to aawomen-outings@mit.edu (Reimbursements will not be granted without a photo of the entire group at the gathering.)
• Keep your receipts (include itemized receipt). Email aawomen-outings@mit.edu to submit a digital receipt, a legible scan or photo of a physical receipt, or to coordinate submission of a physical receipt.
• Each GWAE member can submit a reimbursement for a gathering up to twice per semester. (Frequency may change depending on program popularity.)

Your photos will be shared on the GWAE Facebook group page. Feel free to make them fun and creative.
