GWAE holds events for the purpose of advancing the professional development of current and potential grad women in Aero/Astro. Events differ by semester, though past events have included info sessions for fellowship and grad school applications, as well as casual drop-in sessions for personal statement reviews. In collaboration with WAE, we also host the Women-in-STEM Lunch Speaker / Coffee Chat series, where we invite women from Aero/Astro academia and industry to give a short talk and answer questions, or just chat, in a casual setting. If you would be interested in coming to speak with Aero/Astro grad women in this setting, contact gwae-pdev@mit.edu.
